Client Profile

A leading HR authority in the Middle East manages workforce policies and employee services for government entities.

To support the government’s digital transformation initiatives, The client planned to introduce a mobile application that allows employees to access essential HR services anytime and anywhere. The goal was to create a simple, secure, and user-friendly mobile platform where employees could manage attendance, apply for leave, access salary information, view announcements, and interact with HR services without relying on traditional manual processes. The application acts as a centralized digital HR assistant for government employees, helping streamline internal operations and improve employee convenience.

Business Case

Business Problem

Before introducing the mobile application, employees experienced several difficulties when interacting with HR services.

  • Limited Mobile Accessibility: Most HR services were accessible only through internal portals or office systems, making it inconvenient for employees who needed quick access outside the workplace.
  • Fragmented HR Processes: Different HR services such as attendance tracking, payroll information, and leave management were handled across multiple systems, which created confusion and inefficiency.
  • Low Visibility into HR Records: Employees had limited access to real-time information such as attendance history, leave balances, or payroll records.
  • Time-Consuming HR Requests: Tasks like requesting salary certificates, checking payslip’s, or submitting leave requests often required additional steps or communication with HR departments.
  • Lack of Centralized Communication: Important announcements and updates were not always easily accessible to employees.
